Nancy Street

This home was on the brink of being condemned and demolished. MSB Homes purchased the property as a restoration project and completely stripped it down to the studs. Springpoint Architects created the plan for the addition replacing the screened in patio on the back of the home and doubling the original floorplan. I was brought on as a consultant to ensure that its original mid-century charm would remain intact.

We were able to preserve and restore the original limestone fireplace. Smart Home Automation was installed throughout the home, beautifully updating the home with modern ambiance.

The kitchen finishes beautifully blend mid-century style with modern technology as well. Modern grey perimeter cabinets are trimmed with a leather finish black granite. A waterfall edge island with a unique marbled granite is the focal point in this open-concept space.

Both bathrooms have high-end finishes with beautiful granite and tile throughout. The back wall of the main living area is completed with full glass sliders, bringing in the outside from this nature-centric neighborhood.

This home was listed for sale on August 28th, 2019. Check out the listing on Zillow.
